I've read mixed reviews here and there about this book before giving up. No, I did not finish it. I'm sorry. This book is not for me. I can't get through after 3 chapters. I don't know if I read it in the wrong time or just that it is not for me.
Given that some people love this, I think others would too. But for me who has read a lot of fantasy books, it feels flat. Maybe I'll give it a shot someday. But for now... I can't get through this book. I've tried. 3 times.
