Like the old phrase "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink," teenagers are the same. This book can be a big help to teen girls, I think, but they'll have to choose it themselves. That said, I think that offering this book, having it available in a library or accessible place, or suggesting that the teen look into checking it out could work very well!
