I really wanted to like this one but I just did not care for it. I found a hard time getting lost in to the story, I found myself not being able to focus or connecting with the characters.

I received a copy of this arc from NetGalley for an honest review. I've had this arc for a while and I tried to read it and it's just not for me.

The whole premise and the back story to the acquisition is what sold me on this story. It added intrigue and excitement. There is a connection of sorts between these characters, but there is also a deep-seeded fear from Stella. The relationship between Stella and Sinclair is exciting and very well established, it was strong, passionate and enjoyable. I had no idea what to expect with Counsellor, even at the very end I was still trying to guess what was going on. The story is filled with uncertainty and it was gut wrenching. It had me in tears so many times, but isn’t that what I good story does? It makes you feel what the characters go through? I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these characters and for that of the many side characters that we are introduced to as well.

An interesting plot and complicated characters, but not quite to my tatse.

Could not put this book down. Just when I though I knew where plots were heading it took an unexpected turn - beautifully written.

It was hot and intense. Half the time I didn't really know what was going on. I do not know it was an ongoing series. I'm not sure if I will purchase next book. The dynamic between her and the brothers threw me off.
