This book has many practical ideas to improve both body and mind. I especially like the advice on how to improve habits to be healthier!

This book was a great introduction for me into a more stress free lifestyle. I have recently been diagnosed with Heart issues, mainly due to stressful living. By putting some of the ideas in this book into practice, I have been able to reduce stress in my life.
