While I like all the paranormal elements in this book, I felt a bit lost at times due to the fact I didn't know this is the last book in the series. Too many characters for a first-time reader, along with a lot of action that sometimes didn't make sense.

It seems a lot of loose ends are tied up here, and not having read the series from the beginning, it was hard to follow all of the.m.

I do however like both lead characters. They have chemistry and their page time is packed in with all the other extraneous goings-on. I hope to someday pick up the entire series and start fresh!
