I enjoyed the storyline and characters created for this book and I loved the angst and edge of your seat moments. The author leaves you guessing until the very end. However, I struggled with the connection between Alek and Rylan. It happened too quickly without much interaction and the fact that Rylan kept lusting after others left me not really liking her or believing her feelings towards Alek.
