too slow burn. I didn't really care much for the writing style and I couldnt connect to the characters

DNF after a long struggling through 20% of the book

I loved the cover, and really thought I'd love the book given the storyline, but the characters fell a little short for me, as did the voice -- it may have been a bit too juvenile than I anticipated.

DNF'ed at 55% - In the end, I was unable to get into the character of Kali. While I thought this was more of a fantasy-esque title, the entire premise felt poorly executed.
