Corie, Scarlet and Tuck are friends from high school who had an abrupt change to their friendship when Corie and Tuck’s relationship turned romantic. There is the air of a long buried secret that is teased along the way regarding why Corie and Scarlets friendship was abruptly severed.

This was a quick and easy read told from the POV of Corie and Scarlet in alternating chapters. The story and need to know what event occurred kept me reading but I didn’t feel that I really got to know either character. .

Letters for Scarlet is well-written with relatable, multi-dimensional characters and a setting that is so real you can almost touch it. I Truly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading this author in the future
