This was a really fun, quick read! It hooked me from the beginning and I love the "Groundhog Day" setup of getting multiple chances to get things right. We did purchase it for our library and the students have been loving it!

There's nothing surprising here from other "Groundhog Day"-esque plotlines but that doesn't mean it's not still a bunch of fun. Brody knows how to write super-likeable heroines who grow the right amount during the course of the book and keep me entertained along the way. Ellison is no different, although she might be a little denser than some others when it comes to her realization about true love.

Ellison is having the worst possible Monday of her life. She gets a ticket for speeding, gets caught in the rain on picture day, flubs her VP speech for student council, bombs her softball tryouts and even worse gets dumped by her boyfriend. Ellison would do anything for a do-over, and when her wish is granted, by some sort of magical fluke, Ellison is determined to get things right. The only problem is the day keeps repeating as she needs to learn to stop and look more closely at what it is she really wants.

Think Groundhog Day for Teens.

Super fun read.

Pub Date August 2nd.
