Rosenberg has created another fantastic political thriller, with both a believable plot and characters. The writing is extremely detailed and well thought out, keeping the reader teased with suspense throughout the story.

At times The Tehran Initiative seems to eerily mirror current or recent news events, giving an added dimension of reality to the plot, and allowing the reader to step into the story a bit more. While there are other books in the series, it isn't necessary to read them prior to this one (although I would definitely recommend them!). Overall full of suspense, action, and great characters.
