What an enjoyable book. The book is divided into five sections.
• Tops (sweater, blouse, crop top, t-shirt)
• Bottoms (mini-skirt, maxi-skirt, pleated skirt, shorts, skinny pants, jeans)
• Dresses (shift dress, sundress, little black dress, ball gown, prom dress)
• Summer and Outer wear (romper, swimsuit, jacket, raincoat)
• Accessories (tote bag, scarf, bow, ballet flats, high heels, bracelet, backpack, sunglasses, clutch, brooch, flip-flops
The book begins with an index of projects followed by a guide to folding. The author explains how double sided paper can use to create collars and labels. Each project has a description of each clothing item along with style tips. Each project had very detailed folding instructions with pictures of each step. Anyone interested in paper crafts or fashion would appreciate this book.
Great origami selection for budding fashion designers of just origami enthusiasts.
This a fun book, the images are great and if you are in to crafts this is one for you.
I did find some of them a bit fiddly but the overall result was great - 4 stars from me
This is a brand new take on origami and fashion, and I'm truly happy I got to read and experience it. Perfect for younger kids who like fashion and want to experiment with origami.
Though the ideas are cute, most appear to be advanced origami. If you have not used this type of instructions before, the folds are beyond the amateur. Would not recommend to a beginner, but those who have been doing origami for a while will love the papers provided to make the various outfits to put on a card or as another decoration. Recommended for collections where origami is popular.
