I'm sure it's a great book, but it's not my cup of tea, I love sexy M/M action like everyone else, but I need a strong plot and emotional connection to the characters to enjoy the smut, and sadly, i couldn't find that.
Some of the sex scenes made me cringe, I'd read other books from Devon though as he's an amazing author.

Well, you can't get more honest than this. I did not finish it. I didn't even make it through the first chapter. And this was no fault of the author. In fact, this review shouldn't even count against him. I like smut, violence and sex don't turn me off, so I thought I would be fine. I disregarded the warnings. It was VERY graphic from the first page. I just couldn't do it. Sorry, #teampainteamlube.
