A very good book, an essential read I would even say.
Packed with information, but easy to read and understand, which is probably the most important. quality for a business book.

Even if you do not think to apply the actual reinvention plan the book proposes, it is interesting to read the facts and principles that state the importance and (oftentimes) need of such plan. In today's business world, it is not enough to keep up with the advancing technology and shifting business models. I found this book helpful to build a mindset of thinking and planning for the future. Not only adapt to change, but take advantage of it, and ultimately, aim to be the change others take advantage of.

The volume is easy to read and to the points. The authors presentthe principle, backing it up with a real-life example and summarizing it with a relevant external opinion, then they move on.
