Sadly this book was archived before I could download to read it. It has been added to my TBR and I’ll keep an eye out for it again in the future or at my local library.

Laura writes about her personal dealings with addiction to food and how she learned to love herself. She writes that overcoming addiction does not happen overnight but that changes in people's mentality will help them lead healthier and happier lives.

<i>Thanks to "NetGalley" ebooks for a copy of this book.</i> I might not be the target market for this book. Just like everyone else I deal with weight issues but I am not overweight, addicted to food nor do I go on diets. Overall it was a well written book that tells the author's story.
