I did not finish this book, and will not be officially reviewing it online. I loved the idea of the story, as I love books set in Alaska and aboard vessels, but this book was all over the place for me. It starts out with a rather unbelievable encounter in a bar between Max and Daisy, and Daisy's ex. Things turn violent and people are hurt. But Max decides to sue Daisy over it?? And then they randomly encounter one another on the ferry and she willingly lets him share her cabin and then BAM they sleep together? I don't understand doing these things for and with a man who is suing you for something that's not your fault. I really don't like Daisy, and I pretty much hate Max for flirting with a busty blonde while on a date with Daisy. There's nothing good about this book for me at all.

I don't know how this book got on my netgalley list but I didn't request it.
