This is the second book in series. While I initially did not like the female lead character, I have to believe it was the author's intent. We aren't supposed to like her at the beginning but like her at the end. The male lead makes up for the privileged, pain in the tuchas female. We get to see her evolve and how they become a couple. Makes me think my flaws could go away too (nah!)
