I was disappointed in this book for I was hopping in more of a history of the company. There was just a slight glance at the history of bitters in general but not of the company. The rest and most of the book is filled with recipes which are good along with the pictures in the book but I was expecting more. growing up in a home that actually used the product when my parents had parties in the 60’s and 70’s I was hoping for more, maybe it was just me.
