A sweet and simple final installment in the Harvest Cove Series: I love all of these couples and feel totally at home reading Kendra Leigh Castle's books.
A Little More Love is a contemporary romance by Kendra Leigh Castle. It is also the fifth book in the Harvest Cove series, but don't worry if you are new to the series, because the books can be read in any order. They each act a their own standalone. This book is very much a sweet small town romance story, which I don't read too often but I enjoy when I do. This book was a great feel good romance.
In A Little More Love we meet our main characters, Kira and Henry “Fitz”. Fitz has a secret writing alter ego that he wants to keep under wraps, and Kira is a reporter determined to get to the bottom of where the famous writer is hiding. She knows he is somewhere in Harvest Cove, and she knows that an interview with him would be awesome for her career, if she could just figure out who he is. I liked all the characters, but Fitz stole my heart completely. I just love every little nerdy bit of him!
I liked that this was not a case of opposites attracting, but rather it was kind of a slow burn romance of like meeting like. Kira and Kitz had soo much in common, they were practically the same person. It was really sweet to see them admit to their attraction. The romance was sweet and satisfying. Overall, this is exactly what I picture when I think of a small town romance.
