I loved Nell immediately and liked Gavin. Then I grew to totally love Gavin as well. A great couple with an awesome group of friends, and an engrossing story. I certainly hope everyone else gets their own books!
I enjoyed the love/hate tension Gavin and Penelope had. I thought the story flowed very well, the dialogue was extremely comical and the sex scenes were explosive. I jut needed a little more....something. Great read, I look forward to reading more from this duo of fantastic authors.
Hustler was a book that can make you make you laugh, make you blush and piss you off in a matter of minutes. It’s a whole lotta sexy, naughty but at the same time you want to smack some sense into the characters for one reason or another. Still a great read, especially if you want something on the sexy fun side.
Something I never thought I would write: I have never had a book turn me on like this one did.
There was some major fanning and shortening of breath going on. And those were just the scenes where they were talking!
The chemistry between these two! Don't even get me started on the tension.
Gavin might have broken me a bit too.
Who am I kidding; they both did. I am in absolute love with both of these characters. Penelope is perfect in every way and she's so authentic. Plus she's tough and not taking anyone's crap, which is beautiful to me. We need more characters like her!
As for Gavin... I appreciate that we get his side of the story too. I don't think I would have liked him as much as I did if I didn't know what was going on in his head. Apparently I'm a bit of a fan when it comes to stories in which a woman completely changes a guy's life. There's just something about finding yourself and what you truly want through another person.
Kudos to the authors for making him so damn appealing, because in any other book I would have been screaming "Dude followed you home! Punch him again!"
I loved it, I really did. It's everything I could ask for in a romance. (Minus the one annoying friend who is just a natural given in books nowadays).
It's a great story that is short, sweet and pretty hot.
Note: "short" might apply to length or the fact that you'll get to the end and be upset that there isn't more.
