I was looking forward to a short and sweet romance story but unfortunately the book didn't really turn out to be what I expected.

I liked the Nashville music setting and the first meeting between Gillian and Will was very promising. But the characters and the development of their relationship turned out to be my biggest problem with the book.

I found the story rushing through things way too fast, the characters meet and suddenly there are kind of together for a while. I missed the chemistry building and the getting to know phase of the relationship. I had the feeling I missed out on very important things. The love story was way too instalove for me and wasn't very believable.
Gillian turned out to be very whiny and annoying. She was questioning things all the time and her idea of a relationship was pretty weird.

The book was a quick read but unfortunately it failed to really entertain me.

This was nice story, I'm not sure how believable it was though. I did enjoy the read though.
