I've been married for 35 yrs. and have two kids. But I found several things in this book that are helpful even now. I bought the book for my son as they have a little one. It is so helpful to remind you that you are a team, it isn't you against me and when you are worn out and stressed it is hard to remember that. I think I will buy a few more copies to have to tuck into a shower gift.
