A decent trade that’s worth picking up for any fan of DC Comics.

For some reason the age bracket on this book didn't resonate with me when I first requested it. While I read quite a bit of young adult and adult novels and comics, and have been delving into middle grade books more and more, this just wasn't up my ally.

However, as a reviewer I believe that this comic is a fun starting point for small kids who aren't ready for the intense drama and emotional trauma that could await in the adult DC comics. This is a fun twist on the classic superhero and I'm glad it shows them as kids who also have to go to school and take tests. There are for sure some lessons to be learned from this,e specially for kids who prefer the comic style to the long paragraphs of reading.
