Major hotness!

This is one shameless book!!! It was scorching hot and maybe an extra pair of panties were needed...

Y'all. I have no idea why I put this one off for so long! It's been in my review pile for over a year, shamefully, probably going on two years.

It was a quick read, but I did find some issues that just stuck out. While I do *love* my sexy times, I loved Jane's character and I wanted to see more of her coming out of her shell. It became all about the sex and less as her of a person. I don't know, there was just something that struck me about her, and I just wanted more, which is weird, cuz I'm all about the sexy times. Sometimes, Jane and Chase came off as superficial. I wanted more from them.

If you're looking for a no conflict, sexy times galore, then this is the book for you!

I love this book! It's been a while since I read a Gina Maxwell book and I can't believe I haven't read any of her stuff since her Fighting for Love series. This one was a really good story and boy, oh, boy were the sex scenes so steamy I felt like I needed to jump into a cold shower! The only reason I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 was the ending I think was wrapped up too quickly. I would've liked to have seen Jane make Chance grovel a little instead of just taking him back especially after he treated her so poorly.

Kudos to Ms. Maxwell. I can't wait to read the next book in this series!!!

That rush during that initial read is off-the-charts incredible! I met my first book by Gina Maxwell after being a stalker and hoarder for a while, and it was incredible indeed! Shameless is a heart-stopping sexy romance that smolders and swoons, leaving you melting for more!

I fell in INSTANT LOVE with Shameless, an achingly addictive love story that held me hard…OWNING ME. The entertaining and enticing writing—full of delicious and dirty talk, playful banter, and heat that burned up this book—was pure intensity and intoxication. I could not put this fierce and flaming tale down. Alluring. Amusing. All-consuming. I WAS ALL IN!

Shameless had me at this line…the synopsis sucked me in sooo much.

A mix of laugh and lust laced through me and I knew already that this story would be one riveting ride of sweet satisfaction…and that it was.

Chance looks like a Viking god with his should-length blond hair, penetrating blue eyes, and tall and muscular body that looks like it’s carved out of stone. Holy hot Thor!!!

Beautiful brunette and brown-eyed, Jane, who looks like a hot librarian fantasy come to life, is ready to spice up her life with tantalizing Thor. A no-strings deal may be just the change she needs to lose the life and rut of a routine Jane currently is living. Plain Jane will be no more.

Oh my! I wanted a taste of Chance’s menu too. The chemistry between this couple is combustible, so hot you can feel the burning blaze throughout this book. Chance and Jane balance each other perfectly.

I was a goner for Chance; I was a goner for Shameless. This story is PURE HEAT AND HEAVEN!!! Wet-your-panties palpable, burn-your-body blazing, and oh-my-heavens orgasmic, Shameless is one roller coaster of combustion! I could not get enough of this fire-hot and fierce book that burned every part of me. Shameless is heat mixed with heart and swoon fused with smolder. I LOVED this raw, romantic, and refreshingly real read! Shameless made me feel shameless indeed!

Opposites attract has been done before, but Ms. Maxwell takes the familiar scenario is a direction that can burn down the house. Chance is a man that lives to be naughty. Jane is a lady that lives to be nice. When the naughty boy meets the nice lady, the situation becomes combustible. Shameless blends humor with sex appeal and comes out on top.

Where has Gina Maxwell been hiding all of my life?!

Chance is a stripper for hire. Jane is pretty much a good girl who has a very naughty side that not even her best friend knows about. Jane has a best friend named Addison who surprises her with striptease by Chance to loosen her up. At first Jane has no idea what's going on and even though she has some doubts she decides to live a little. This scene was scorching hot!! I mean we all have some fantasies and Chance was very eager to fulfill each and everyone.

As time progress they both realize they want more than just a causal fling and hook up. I loved seeing how caring and romantic Chance could be when it came to Jane. Who knew he had this other side to him. Jane wasn't Ms. Shy and Innocent like I thought she would be. There was a whole other side of her waiting to be unleashed. Like they say gotta watch out for those quiet ones!!

As predicted there is some drama and it was rather predictable but I still enjoyed the story. What I liked about the whole situation was that it didn't get dragged out and made into this whole big production. The couple were able to work things out the hottest way ever!

We also had a good introduction to the secondary characters Addison and Roman aka Ruthless. I can't wait to read about them and catch up with Chance and Jane as well.

This book was off the charts HOT!!! I thought my kindle was going to melt on more than one occasion.

This is my second book by Gina Maxwell and each book I read is just that much better than the one before. Her writing style sucks me in. I love the characters she gives us and the storylines are entertaining as well. She not only gives us great main characters but I also fall in love with the secondary characters as well. I look forward to reading Ruthless.....the next book in this series.

If you are looking for that total escapism book and are a fan of an EROTIC romance...then this is a book that shouldn't be missed. What I loved was she didn't bog down the story with a lot of filler and background information we don't need. She gave us enough about each of the characters so as the reader we are able to connect with them and feel what they were feeling.

Definitely a MUST READ!!!!

Shameless… What would it be like to let go like that?

I’ve had this book on my kindle for quite a while now but never got around to reading it. I was recently in the mood for something fun and sexy so I thought I’d give this a shot and it definitely hit the mark for fun and sexy! Between working two jobs and trying to finish her thesis, Jane doesn’t have a lot of spare time. Her current situation isn’t doing her sex life any favors, leaving her to find other ways to satisfy her darker desires. That’s all about to change, though, when Chance Danvers shows up at her house one night to ‘fix her pipes’. He quickly discovers that her fantasies align perfectly with his preferences and they share one explosive night. But Chance soon realizes that once isn’t enough for him when it comes to Jane so he proposes a no-strings-attached arrangement that’ll keep them both satisfied while also keeping their hearts safe. What’ll happen when feelings start to get involved, though? Will Jane be able to handle being with Chance given his profession? Or will Chance discover that Jane is just another woman trying to change him?

I’m not going to lie, this book was basically sex. Lots and lots of sex and it was definitely hot! I loved the way that Chance discovered what Jane really desired and quickly slipped in the role to give it to her. I liked seeing Jane embrace her kinks and seek them out with Chance without shame. The exploration of that particular aspect was well done I thought. Chance and Jane had great chemistry and I liked seeing them evolve as the story went on. There wasn’t a ton of angst but certain scenarios from their past do come to a head at one point which causes a little drama. But for the most part, this is a sexy, sometimes sweet, and fun guilty pleasure type of book! I am looking forward to seeing more of Roman in Ruthless that’s releasing soon!
