This novel had a very intriguing plot and was suspenseful. There was romance involved but it did not take center stage. I liked the characters and their stories, and thought they were easy to engage with.
Many thanks to Limitless Publishing and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.

Thank you for the opportunity to read Uneven Exchange. Unfortunately, I did not download the book before it was archived in November 2015. I do not plan to finish the book.

So I started this book months ago and finally decided to finish it off yesterday evening. This is the story of Alexandra and Jake. Alexandra and Jake have a business together in interior designing. They also have deep feelings for each other but neither decides to let the other know, for fear of losing their friendship. When Alexandra realizes that she can no longer hold her feelings back for Jake, she decides to take a trip to Mexico. Little did she know that her visit would lead her down a different and dangerous path. When she gets back to the US she is recruited by the DEA, all because she closely resembles a mobster's sister, whom they need to take down. Alexandra is trained in looking and sounding like Daniela, the mobster's sister and then she is off to aid the DEA in apprehending Miguel. This was a good read, can't even remember why I initially put this away, as I was caught up in the story until I finished it late last night. A great thriller, filled with action, suspense and romance. I really liked it. 4 stars
