Great read. I seemed to take a bit with this book and I will definitely be giving it a re read but it was entertaining and cute.

Funny and witty Christian mystery about the one murder in disguise and one ex-husband in trouble.

I seriously like how Ms Ellis writes. She is capable to enter the both banks of the river and throw in some cozy for these who like the bloody stuff less - but also something for these who like the murderous stuff, too. Never scary and always compassionate, she penned up the two mysteries here (as is her good habit within this series).

Nate and Isabelle are finally going for their honeymoon - but meeting the Isabelle´s first husband might look like a bad omen. But the poor guy might be in trouble, and Isabelle has heart enough to be concerned.
While the Natchez P.I. office is let in the capable hands of Beth Kirby, the former police officer with a heartbreak in her tow, and a newbie Michael, who might be just the right guy for the job...and more.

I enjoyed the book and have re-educated myself on the subject of compassion, too!
