It looks like I didn't enjoy this because I gave it a 3* but I did it was just very in-depth. I feel it the kind of book you need to give a lot of time and focus to and as a newish mum, I kept getting pulled away and having to re-read parts so it took longer to read than I think it would with my full attention. But all in all, it was a really interesting book that id happily read again when I'm able to put some of what I read into practice.
This book has a wide range of topics for anyone interested in exploring yoga beyond their weekly class. Being new to the practice of Yoga, I really liked the section on being in the moment. I think this is one of the hardest things for beginners and the book really helped me work on that. I also highly recommend the meditations in the book.
