I love the cover! I cannot say the same for the story itself. I didn't care much for the characters, and the story felt rushed to me.

Not a lot of world building. Overly sexualized. Not quite a full erotica but more that direction with the constant attraction references about every other paragraph. I wasn’t able to get into the story or characters but it had some potential. So much was left unexplained and was rushed. This would have worked better into a longer novel with more story details. And the beginning with the issues with the partner and the house didn’t go together and it just jumped in too fast. I would have loved to learn more of Kellam and other characters.
