Nope, not happening. Too much insta I-wanna-bang-his/her-brains-out. Not for me.

This was my first book by Suzie Quint and I am looking forward to the next book, which was included in my eBook. I am super excited about that. Quint definitely keeps you entertained with a wonderful cast of characters.
I've enjoyed reading about Cleo's life so far and enjoy her outlook on life, for the most part. Alec, oh Alec.
Quint has created good chemistry between the two. However, I am never a fan of insta-love, etc - she could have let the two work together more to develop a friendship before throwing them together so quickly. It would have been more believable. At least, in my eyes.
I look forward to the second half of the story
*I won this book via Netgalley for my honest opinion* (Book one & book two).
I've really enjoyed the story that Suzie Quint has laid out for her readers. At first, and especially the way the book one started out, I thought this was just going to be a smutty novel. Which I don't mind sometimes, but I don't need the whole book to be all smut. Fortunately, I was quite surprised. Yes, book one and book two had some graphic scenes of the sexual nature but it did not consume the whole book. Especially, book two. Book two had more of a plot to it than book one.
Liar, Liar, Heart's Desire definitely had the romance in there but with an added mystery of finding out who really killed Sebastian and trying to exonerate her mother and finding a story they could write. I enjoyed the real life to life dialogue Quint displayed between Alec and Cleo. I enjoyed their relationship.
I'm sad to see them go :(
