Love the book and the study guide was definitely what I needed to go with it. You will dig deeper into scripture and learning how to Seize the Day

I was only granted the Study Guide and not the book itself for some reason. So I was only able to use as a journal prompt and study guide - but it was quite enjoyable even without the main text! I also appreciate Joyce Meyer's straightforward approach. Would recommend.

I recommend reading the study guide instead of the book, as it contains all the helpful information of the book plus space for self-reflection. The book is a bit wordy and repetitive, but the study guide is a great tool for being more efficient with the time you've been given.
