Since my Granddaughter is going through the nightmare phase this book came at the right time. The Frights are here to teach children how to face their nightmares head on and scare them. With side stories of bullying and standing up for yourself and being happy with who you are. This book is very positive. I recommend this book for 7-9 year olds.

This book is a lot of fun! The images are great and the story line is excellent too. The book is aimed at the 7-11 age group and I think it has been spot on with the content for that age range - it is really well written.
