Good read if you're interested in spirituality although I found some of it a little difficult to understand.
Enjoyable, positive message, warm and inclusive!
With simple words the author is inviting us to reflect on 8 insights about our perception of reality, what we assume it is and who we are. This is not a book with cult philosophical language, or contains an extensive speech full of arguments or debates, nor a compendium of practical exercises or mindfulness meditation techniques, or anything. Rather, it is a monologue with direct language, very personal, fast reading and simple prose.
I have enjoyed the book and what I find valuable is the author's sincere intention to suggest a different way of living reality, more joyful and meaningful, through simple explanations of life and probably of what he himself has experienced in the exercise to expand his own consciousness. The message is positive and warm, as the author believes that if people live more lucidly in our lives, we will be more loving, and consequently impact the world beneficently. I myself have experienced states of joy, wholeness, where my heart is inflamed and my greatest desire is to share the joy and that we all become happy, interacting in harmony and coherence, with benevolent and deeply meaningful connections.
My gratitude to the Publisher and NetGalley for allowing me to review the book
