As someone who struggles with overeating and food addiction this book provided me with some great tips and ideas on how to eat more mindfully. It is something that I will have to keep working on my entire life but this book provided a good starting point.

Interesting book with good tips that can easily be applied to one’s own life and habits. Definitely a book to keep and go back to.
