The publisher was kind enough to provide me with a copy of this book to review. All opinions are my own and honest.
If you have read any of my other cookbook reviews you already know what I look for in a cookbook. It needs to have lots of pictures (I need to be inspired to make it!), it needs to focus on unprocessed foods, needs to have recipes that are quick and easy, and needs to have basic ingredients (nothing fancy!). This book checks almost all those. The recipes are amazing, and really focuses on things that are fast, easy, and stuff the whole family will love. There are lots of photos that make me want to cook everything. My only one complaint is that there are too many recipes with oils, most without oil free alternatives. I know that the author is not looking to be oil free but that's something that is important to me. Overall, this is a great cookbook, especially for new vegans, those that are interested in trying vegan recipes, and those that have families that are resistant.
Kristy Turner has done it again! In her second vegan cookbook, Turner introduces delightful vegan recipes for the whole family - including all the carnivores you know and love. The photographs are amazing, the recipes easy to follow, and all of the pages of this book are sure to lead you to healthy, delicious family dinners.
I love that when thumbing through the book, I got oodles of inspiration and when making the recipes from But My Family Would Never Eat Vegan! I got loads of compliments - on the tasty food, of course.
This is a great cookbook to introduce anyone to the lovely art and tasty flavors of vegan cooking! What a treat!
Loved this book. Great for those exploring vegan options. This would work well for those in need of new recipes for teens and dinner guests who are vegan.

Review:
This book is perfect for the newly vegan. The chapter headings are humerous and engaging, and the dishes are delicious and filling, enough to turn even the most carnivorous member of the family! There are meals to suit every time of day, from breakfast to supper, and everything in between, from light bites to full on meals, all your favourites veganised.
I received an advanced egalley from The Experiment via Netgalley.
I wasn't able to finish reading this book before its archive date, so I apologize for not posting my review. I do remember however, that the pages I read were really engaging and helpful. If I see this recipe book in a bookstore, I would definitely purchase it.
