This book was so entertaining. I was drawn into the story from the beginning and was involved until the end. The characters were complex and interesting. I found the story to be well paced and engrossing throughout the whole book. I was invested in the couple throughout the book and felt all the emotions through both the highs and lows of the story.The side characters were such an integral part of this story as well. This is the love story i needed to read at this time. If you want an entertaining and well written book this is it for you

These two authors wrote a great book. Descriptive and flowing. Complex characters and I loved the redemption arc.

When I first started this, I wasn't in love with how the hero, Jason, was already in a long time relationship; a very toxic relationship that involved the hero being physically abusive. His girlfriend would intentionally push him and in a way; she would almost thrive on this aggressive form of attention, but still it's abuse. It's difficult to see Jason in a good light, but the author did a good job of showing the remorse Jason feels about this situation. Jason grew up being abused by his father and he was sickened with himself for the abuse towards his girlfriend. He knows they bring out the worst of each other, so he's finally taking action by breaking up with her. Jason also does some underground fighting to help take out some of his frustrations with his past and his current situation; a form of therapy. Unfortunately, things get out of hand and Jason ends up in the hospital, where he meets Lorraine; his nurse. Lorraine has some major issues because her family was murdered. She's living half a life because she's scared of a lot of things; she basically locks herself in a panic room every night. She's a mess. Both of these people could've really done with a dose of therapy, but they find salvation in the form of each other. I didn't like how quickly Jason goes from his ex to Lorraine, but I really felt the connection between Jason and Lorraine. The only other thing I didn't like was that sex club scene; it's brief, but still not my fav. These 2 do have some major passion, and I could really feel the depth of feelings between them. The sex scenes are hot; there's a lot of them, but I enjoyed the intense, raw passion between the them. Jason definitely has a dominant, alpha personality, but there are those super sweet moments as well. The connection between the 2 is what made me really love this story. I also loved the suspense and mystery going on with Lorraine's life. Entertaining, engrossing story.

I am so sorry, but this book just wasn't for me. It had a great premise, but unfortunately, it fell just short for me. I was not able to finish the book. I am not using NetGalley’s DNF feature as it negatively affects reviewers.

These characters define ‘a hot mess’. They are each fighting demons from their pasts. Their relationship is explosive and seemingly toxic. Strangely, they make it work, solve the mystery of Lo’s family and make a new and better life for themselves.

Visibly Broken was Cobra's story and while I love these authors, this story was not one I liked. The beginning was just ... horrid. Messed up beyond measure and the book got better for a while, not a lot better but it was certainly readable. Its not a pretty story by any stretch. The characters are flawed, the sex is ugly. If you make it through to the end, there is a very nice epilogue.

As always I enjoyed this book and really any book this author has written. This book was well written and tied into the other books in the series well.

Yeah, that beginning was all kinds of twisted messed up . It took a long while for Jason/Cobra to grow on me...can we say till the last couple chapters. I stuck through it cause I wanted to know what had happened to her and who the bad guy was. Plus I was hoping there would be appearances by the Caldwell brothers. There was lots of sex, but it sure wasn't pretty most of the time. The epilogue was beautiful and that part I really loved.

Have not had a chance to read the book yet. This will get updated as soon as I read the book. If this book is part of a series it will be included when all the books have been read.

Unfortunately, Cobra wasn't redeemed for me in this book. As part of a series that started off super good, it just started to slowly sizzle. Or not really that slow at all. Just one book set the bar up high then those that followed basically dragged the gutter. No offense the the authors, I adore both of them and their work. But Cobra, being the way he was, I just found nothing redeeming.

Found this book a bit it hard to get into the story, which was ok and had alright characters but will try again in the future with these authors. Thanks for letting me try your book.

A heart stopping read packed with heart, heat and passion.

The storyline was good and the characters were complex. Visibly Broken was a great read.
