Imagine visiting Scotland and getting thrown back in time! That is what happened to Traci and her sister Fiona during a night of drinking. The next day, Traci finds herself back in her own time, but without her sister. She must go back and find her!

Traci meets Iain during her first trip and goes to him for help. Too bad his family thinks she is a spy. Lots of chaos ensues because of this. The attraction between them is red hot, so why let a little thing like possibly being a spy get between them??

Will Iain and Traci be able to find her sister? I'm excited to read the next book in the series, which will give us Fiona's story.

I love time travel novels. Watching how the author makes it work so that changes made in one time don’t affect another point in time is fascinating, especially when done well, and such is the case with Angela Quarles’ series. Add in romance, which is expressed differently in different times and you’ve got a wonderful story.
Traci and her sister travel back and forth in time as Traci attempts to show her sister that not all kilt wearers in the 17th Century were comparable to modern day gym rats. She can’t prove her point by Iain and his brother who are just as hot as any man in the 21st Century. When Traci and her sister are separated in time, Traci panics. She’s not the only one. Iain is also worried about the disappearance of Traci. Now we get into some of the technicalities of the time traveling universe the author has created. To describe this aspect of the story would reveal spoilers, but suffice to say there is an HEA, difficultly accomplished.
I loved Iain, all fluff and funny until he becomes serious about the lass he has met and mysteriously lost.
A fun read. You have to pay attention but that is no hardship in a book this well written.
