17year old Cal can't remember what happens to him or why he is not able to speak, he just knows he needed to run.
We go through the motions with him and lean what happened to him, all the while he is trying to understand why Jake hates him so much.
I was expecting more angst than I actually got with this book, however it was a good quick read
