I have taught this book in undergraduate law courses many times. Professor Duane’s book is even better than the viral YouTube video that sparked it. The Court has so diminished our constitutional rights and narrowed down our fifth amendment protections that to say anything but I want to speak with a lawyer, is your only way to protect your right to remain innocent.

This is a quick read and highly informative. Read it. .

Short entertaining read on law enforcement interaction. Only four stars because he is a lawyer yet says 100% of the system he makes his livelihood from is a corrupt (that is his inference). Still a good book to remind you to never miss a chance to keep your mouth shut.
