This book cracked me up! I howled with laughter, wept a little (I'm so old!), and overall thoroughly enjoyed reading it!
Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.
After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.
I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.
Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity.
Natalie.
This a wonderfully hilarious, feel-good read for anyone who might be feeling that life isn't going as planned. I won't lie, I was attracted to this book because of the title, and it did not disappoint. It's witty, funny, naughty, and everything I was looking for in a novel, making Lucy Woodhull one of my new faves.
Tonight's Page Turner: 667 Ways To Fuck Up My Life by Lucy Woodhull. Laugh out loud hilarious. Without a doubt a keeper on my virtual bookshelf forever. Truly inspirational in its devious undermining of stereotypes and cultural stuffiness. Outrageous in a way that makes you cheer at bad behavior; even though you know it's wrong, it feels so deliciously right. At only a third of the way through, I already knew this is one of my must reads for all women under 50 (and maybe the 50+ too). If you've ever felt like you just took a wrong turn somewhere and you're just over it--this is the book you need to read, right now.
