The contributors of this cookbook are passionate about food and the importance of the roles it plays in life. From fuel to joyous entertainment, food is in almost every area of life.

This cookbook begins with 18 different foods - bacon, eggs, apples and others and has recipes from many different sources which have been tweaked or completely redone to create fresh and healthy recipes. From Fresh Tomato Bloody Mary (Tomato section) to Kalekraut, originality based on traditional recipes is the theme of this book.

I enjoyed reading the book and will used some of the recipes in due time. A really good cookbook to bring some life to old standbys.
