I really like this sort of book but I have pretty high standards for them. This one didn't really offer anything that I haven't seen packaged slightly differently in a hundred other books. There's a lot of talking and then it comes down to filling your three buckets -- vitality, connection and contribution. Keep your body and mind healthy, have meaningful relationships, and do things to contribute to the world. For each one, there are about ten ways you can fill those buckets. None of it is bad, but none of it was really new to me either.
