After reading the first book in the Billionaire Builders series I was so excited to get my hands on Any Time , Any Place. When I got an arc of this book I dived into the story as soon as I could and I absolutely loved it !
In this book we follow and Raven and Dalton . Raven at the beginning does not like Dalton and that is mainly due to how his mother and her father were connected ,but at the same time she wants to find out more information on Dalton mom and what happened that lead up that tragic event that took both her father and Dalton mothers life , however what ends up happen is a lot more thank either expect .Watching these two fall in love was just wonderful, it always is interesting to see people who are not necessarily looking for love finding it, the history between there two families definitely complicates things between them, however this story helped remind that love truly does find away no matter what the odds are.The romance was sexy , enchanting and heartwarming and I enjoyed every minute of it. I love the Pierce brothers I feel like as this story goes on we see these brothers become closer and closer and it just makes me so happy to see this happening. There were not a dull moment in this story , I was constantly turning the pages needing to know what would happen next. With a sexy romance, characters you will just adore and a plot that will keep you wrapped up in this story Jennifer Probst has created another fantastic book with Any Time, Any place.
Any Time , Any Place is sexy , heartwarming , fun , emotional story and I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in the Billionaire Builders series .
I didn't just read a book I was watching a movie or a pilot of a hopeful sitcom. I got lost and did not want to come back. The synopsis of Any Time, Any Place pulled me in but the story told by Dalton and Racen is was kept me there. Revenge, love, confusion, and lost played a major part in the love story. Two broken souls clouded by a question of why. If their love was so strong, why was the ticket a one way?
This was deep and heart-warming and I just have to read it again to cleanse a soul that was dark for eight long years. Truths inly known by angels on a journey to find true love.
Push, pull, go, stay. I loved how drawn to each other Raven and Dalton was, even though Raven felt that Dalton was not for her, she had a hard time resisting the fall. The reason for Raven's hesitation with Dalton was well written and not predictable, which I love in the novels I read. The supporting characters are likable. I enjoyed the brief introduction to Raven's trainer; he was amusing. Overall, another great book in the Billionaire Builders Series.
Irresistibly sexy and touching. A story about letting go of the past and embracing the possibilities that life presents no matter if it comes with a man you swore to hate.
Raven Stratton’s father died in a tragic car accident when she was a teenager leaving her alone to deal with the fact that he was heading to Paris with Diana Pierce, married to another man with three sons. Not only shocked by her father’s secret but also having the Pierce family taint his memory with claims of being a money chasing home wrecker sent Raven into a downward spiral. Getting her life back together was not easy but using her father’s insurance money she now has a home, runs a successful bar and wants to find her forever man. She only has two problems. The man she’s attracted to recoils from long term relationships. He’s also the youngest Pierce brother and doesn’t know how their pasts are connected.
After his mother’s accident, Dalton Pierce left his home and family to prove himself. After his father’s death a year ago, he came back to help his brothers run Pierce Construction loving his part with woodwork. Everything is right as rain except for the fact that he can’t get a certain sassy bar owner to give him a chance. All his attempts at charming her seem to have the opposite effect and he can’t understand why. Until he makes her an offer she can’t refuse, to restore her bar before an important interview. As the two of them get to know each other their attraction morphs to something bigger, but will it be enough to help them overcome their past once their secret connection surfaces?
Jennifer Probst has a knack for combining the right amount of humor, steaminess and angst. An emotional combination that kept me charmed while flipping pages hoping that a tragic past will intensify the love and connection between the main characters and help them navigate through the difficult path of trust and understanding.
Both Dalton and Rayven are well developed characters whose connection is more than physical, it has to be since Dalton is perceived by most as womanizer but has been relentlessly pursuing Raven for months even though he’s only looking “for now” while Raven tries to stay away at all costs from the man she believes helped ruin her father’s reputation.
He’s in awe of her independence, courage and smart-mouth making their verbal sparring fabulously entertaining. Another reason they’re perfect for one another other than their shared past.
The relationship between the two builds slowly and everything from the desire, happiness, desire and heartbreak felt real and Probst’s ardent descriptions including Dalton’s love for woodworking helped visualize the story almost as if a fav rom-com movie was playing out before me.
Even though I haven’t read book #1 in the series I appreciated having the past characters included, especially Morgan, Dalton’s almost sister-in-law who befriended Raven. I’m very excited to read her story (Everywhere and Every Way, book #1) and eagerly await the next book in the series which is about Tristan Pierce.
Any Time Any Place is book #2 in the Billionaire Builders series by Jennifer Probst. It is a standalone contemporary romance with lots of wit and sexiness, a perfect rom-com fix. Told in first person from both points of view and has a happy ending.
4.5 stars

4.5 star Review Any Time Any Place (Billionaire Builders #2) by Jennifer Probst
Book two in the series was a great build on from the first in the series. The relationship between the brothers continues to build and it was great to see their camaraderie.
Raven’s father was killed in a car crash when she was younger. It appears that he was leaving with Diana Pierce, a betrayal that Raven has never gotten over. Raven owns and runs the local bar; Dalton Pierce has returned to help run Pierce Construction with his two older brothers. What happens when fate brings these two together?
When Dalton goes to the bar with his brothers, he is immediately attracted to the sexy bartender and asks her out; she however is not interested. Dalton offers to restore the bar back to it’s original glory in an attempt to win Raven over. Dalton finally wears Raven down, but can their fledgling relationship survive the ultimate test when the past comes back to haunt them? Or will they be destroyed?
Not only was there smoking hot scenes, but the emotions running deep certainly touched a chord. The chemistry between Dalton and Raven sizzled, their banter at times humorous but underneath it all lies a level of hurt and pain that is simply hard to ignore. Raven wants forever and is convinced that Dalton is not what she is looking for. Can Dalton convince Raven to take a chance?
Any Time Any Place was extremely well written, the characters were believable (not perfect) as were the circumstances they all found themselves in at times. I cannot wait to read Tristan’s book.
I received this book from the publisher through Netgalley.
Interesting plot where Raven's father and Dalton's mother are killed in a car crash. Each child bears a grudge against the other's parent. Needless to say, they fall in love, fall apart and then find happiness with each other. However, the resolution of their falling out is too prolonged.
Oh my gosh, do I love Dalton and Raven! This book, and their story, is so wonderful. Sweet, sexy, heartbreaking, and then heart-mending. Swoon alert is high on this one, too!
