I didn’t love this. There were some good tips here but these are things that everyone already knows (reducing carbs, counting calories, etc) or at least could learn through a google search. This read more like “why I should lose weight” vs actual tangible tips that are new.
not sure if it is really 60 different ways and while there is a good amount of good information, there is also some that is definitely not for me
I think this would be good for a person just starting out on a weight-loss journey, and someone who has never heard of calories before? It's all a bit repetitive, the title is misleading, and I loathe those "real person" interludes that all self-help books fall back on. They are condescending and gross. A pass on this one.
A great book, learning all the ins and outs of ways to loose a substantial amount of weight but in a healthy way.
Lots of books out there that profess the secret, but this one may the answer for you.
It is an individual experience and if you don't give it a go, then you will never know if this method, and taking onboard new ideas, that this will work for you.
