I won't be able to review this book at this time. I read the first few chapters, and while I was enjoying it, it's just not something I can finish reading.

I have always enjoyed the Toyota Way books and find they offer some great ideas and fundamental management tools. This book adds to the series and offers insights for those undertaking management and leadership qualifications

Thank you for this book. Unfortunately, since it was not in kindle format, I was unable to read it. I will look for it at the library.
