This was a bit of a slow starter but it did manage to eventually lure me in. Mars is a fascinating planet and I am a sucker for anything space related so that certainly caught my attention quickly. Risa, our main character, is a total badass, yet also shows other sides of herself, making her an interesting heroine. The action that takes place is fast paced and always keeps on your toes, not sure of what to expect next. I give it 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5
