This was an interesting book. I like the time period and how it impacted the characters.

It was hard getting into the start of the book because it starts off with Faith fooling around with Rachel's best friend, who is about to get married.  I must admit it was difficult to like her character but by the end, I almost forgot what happened at the beginning of the book.  Rachel Union's character was much more likeable.

Erin Dutton had the hard task of turning an unlikeable character to one we can like and actually root for a happy ending.  I have to say that she was able achieve that by the end of the story.

I enjoyed the romance and thought that the Rachel and Faith had quite a bit of chemistry.

Overall, a good story to read but not my favourite from Erin Dutton.
