This is a well written novel of love and grief. Mars (love the symbolism of the name) is a well rounded character but Zayed is the one who really impressed me. The cross cultural aspects of this are so valuable. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. This would be a great YA crossover novel. It's thoughtful and romantic at the same time.
