Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.
Darius and Taylor didn't hold me quite as well as Micah and Allie did, but I was still invested in seeing them come together. It felt a little like the end was wrapped up too hastily and I would have preferred more time in seeing Darius deal with his father and Darius and Taylor talking about what it is that has been coming between them for so long.
I'm very intrigued about this bugging/spying situation and I think I know who it is, but my guess is we will learn that in Gabe's story and Ryder meets his match.

This is my first book by this author. It is a well written story however, I’m not feeling the connection with Darius and Taylor. I’m not sure if I would continue on with this series as their is nothing that makes it stand out from all the other billionaire bad boy stories.

Sexy. Sweet. Unforgettable. I love this author and the stories she writes. Great chemistry. Undeniable attraction. Smoldering tension. Characters that make you feel everything. Highly recommended this book y'all!

Another passionate story in the series. Darius and Taylor find their way back to each other and re-ignite the passion between them.

Sorry I was not able to read you book but it went to archive before I could get to it. Sorry once again.

Second to the Dirty Secret Series...
It starts from cliff hanger ending from the previous book.. This book is about Darius and Taylor. When Darius decided to adopt his sister and raise her even though he never met his half sister, he strongly felt his responsibility toward her and decided to do it all on his own.
Darius and Taylor had special relationship, Taylor was his sister’s best friend and when she was old enough to date Darius, they were perfect for each other, but Darius couldn’t get over the fact of their age difference (10 years) and broke it off with her even though nobody knew Darius like Taylor not even Allie.
Now Taylor is back in San Francisco but running away from her ex. When Darius sees his Taylor was beaten up, he didn’t want to stay away anymore. He wanted to protect her and wants to be with her.
Now Darius has a second chance with Taylor and he would do anything to get back with her. Since Taylor left Darius, nothing seems like easy for both.
Darius has his own dark clouds and moods and Taylor doesn’t want to disappoint her parents who were perfect in her eyes. Now they have to find their own way to each other while healing each other.
There are some storylines that links all of DC members on edge and their lives are on pages of gossip magazines. All four of them are afraid of their dirty little secrets and it is not solved at the end of the story.
I couldn’t wait to finish the book. Taylor and Darius’s chemistry was off the chart and they made each other happy. I can’t wait to start the third one. It was great second chance romance.

I like this series. It is what I call BDSM light. A good starter book for those interested in an erotic read but they don’t want to be overwhelmed by it.

Loved! This book was such a sexy, sweet and emotional read! The story was so captivating and addicting! I loved the characters! Looking forward to reading more from this series!

ARC received for review
Didn't really get the connection between them, but they were really hot when they were together. I wanted to smack Taylor upside the head multiple times, and Darius once or twice. And I was disappointed with the BDSM aspect of the book. He owns a sex club and is a Dom, but he wasn't very Dom-y (is that a word?)
Who's giving away all their secrets to the tabloids?

Stacey Kennedy has become one of my favorite authors thanks to NetGalley! I love dominant males and second chance romances and Stacey gives me both of these in one tremendous story!

Ok once again I am struck with a dilemma; I enjoyed this story very much, despite the fact that I really HATE reading romance novels in first person when the story jumps back and forth from POV to POV. This was a story of second-chance-love for sure, but there were a lot of tears, a lot of really scary truths and a woman that has loved a man for years even when he pushed her away and she tried to find a way to survive without him. Darius pushed away Taylor many years ago, hoping to allow her to grow and experience life, even though it broke his own heart just as much as hers. He believed he knew what was best for her and his decision has led to some really serious consequences that are coming to light currently. Taylor has tried hard to move on with her life, but once again she finds herself depending on Darius and falling back in love with him. She wants to be able to trust him with her heart, but deep down she knows he can’t change and truly offer what she needs because he is too stubborn and determined that he knows what the best course of action for all is. I liked Taylor even in the few moments that she was completely a wimp, her inner strength came out when she really needed it, but overall she was a character that I liked reading about. Darius was kind of an ass most of the time, even if he was a sexy-as-hell ass. Truly there were issues the man needed to come to terms with, but in the end when he finally pulled himself together and found the love that was always within his reach, I found I was rooting for him to get his HEA. The chemistry between these two was off the charts, even though it was obviously difficult for them admit their feelings even all these years later. The passion that carried them quickly into deep waters was sensual and hot enough to keep me reading even when I felt like putting down the book. Overall I am liking this series, by one of my favorite erotic authors, but once the series ends, I hope (PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE) that Stacey returns to the standard third person POV which is where my heart and attention truly lies. Looking forward to the next two stories and finding out who seems to be after the DC men and the women that are grabbing their hearts.

Love this series! Love the depth of emotion the characters have for one another, and enjoy the little subplot with the "mole"; it added some mystery to the story, and I love second chance at love stories, so this one was perfect! Darius and Taylor feel very deeply for each other, but Darius doesn't feel worthy of Taylor, so they break up because he thinks she'll be better off without him. About 5 years later, Taylor is in a bit of a situation and Darius feels protective of her, and the two begin a "friends with benefits" type of situation, and we all know how those type of relationships work out; they don't, that's how. These two have some intense chemistry, and they have passionate, kinky sex that scorched the pages. Plus, they have some really sweet moments that show how much they really feel for each other. This is a great series, and I'm really excited to see what's going to happen with the remaining guys in the men's little BDSM club group!

I didn't like Darius...I couldn't get through the book because of that. It was disappointing because I loved the first book!

Holy wowzer batman, Stacey Kennedy knocked it out of the park with TIED TO HIS BETRAYAL. Darius and Taylor are my favorite kind of love story. Super sexy, angsty, and heart-melting all rolled into one amazingly wickedly awesome package! Stacey Kennedy has once again enraptured me with her storytelling and I would highly recommend not only this book, but the entire series to readers looking for twisty, sexy reads!

Stacey Kennedy, you write books that make us not want to cook or clean our houses. We can't put them down. This was another great story of 2nd chances and how far 2 people can come to stay together. I can't wait to read the rest of this series

Tied to His Betrayal was a really interesting read. This is kind of a second chance romance. Darius and Taylor were a hot couple 5 years before this book starts. In this book, all we know is that Taylor found herself in a bad situation and returns home where Darius is to sort everything out. The reason Darius and Taylor were no longer together is irritating to me. Darius believed that he could not commit to Taylor so he did the whole if you love something let it go thing. I really hate that. Also, I didn't really empathize with Darius' feelings about why he couldn't give Taylor what she really wanted. He is supposed to be a character who needs control but right from the beginning of this book, he seemed a little weak to me.
The chemistry between Darius and Taylor leaps off the pages. From the minute Taylor returns home battered and bruised, there is no question that things will pick up where they left off with Darius. The weird thing for me is that despite the sexual chemistry with the couple (and it was there), I'm not sure I completely buy into them as a couple. I think that what happened is that the author might have done too good a job depicting each of the individual characters. Darius is dark and brooding. Taylor has a light and innocence to her that is Darius' polar opposite. The problem is that I wasn't sure the two made sense together. Even after they got together, I had a hard time tracking the relationship. The other thing that was rough was that Taylor's innocence seemed like a cover sometimes. As the book went on Taylor seemed less like a paragon of goodness and more like someone who just couldn't work through shit on her own.
I sort of recommend this book. It's hot and the writing is pretty good. Just beware that some parts are a bit slow and the characters might not totally make sense especially when they're together.

The second story in the Dirty Little Secrets series did not disappoint. Hot and sexy with a bit of mystery and a whole lot of emotion. Awesome read!
I really enjoyed the evolution of Darius and Taylor's relationship. They had so many ups and downs and struggles. I thought they had good character development even though it wasn’t super in depth, and I enjoyed learning their history together and their back stories. Darius is such a complicated man and I didn't get all of his choices or motivations behind them right away, but by the end, I totally understood and was a well of emotion when he finally opens up. I really liked Taylor and her strength. She was going through such a hard time and had a lot to work through but I liked her perseverance.
I liked Darius and Taylor’s chemistry and heat and hotness, and the draw they had to one another, it made their reconnecting pretty instant. More than that though, there was a level of caring there that was super sweet. I liked them but they both frustrated me as they were fighting their feelings, some making me a bit crazy with their back and forth but I love how they got there in the end giving me a great HEA.
The writing is really good, interesting characters and a great storyline. I thought this was a fast paced story, not super in depth but enough to really pull you in. There is a nice added element of intrigue and mystery that’s happening as well with Darius and his friends that is continuing throughout the overall story line keeping me guessing. I'm excited to see where that will go. The front half felt slightly drawn out to me but the second half had a great pace. There are great descriptions, awesome build to the HEA, a lot of emotion, and a nice amount of heat. Great read.

I found the relationship between the Darius and Taylor to be moving, intense, and believable. I enjoyed seeing Darius work through what he feels and wants from Taylor.

Tied To His Betrayal is steamy, heart warming story about two people who find their way back to each other after 5 years.
Taylor shows up at her best friend's door after her boyfriend beat her up. Darius tried to let Taylor go 5 years ago but seeing her with bruises on her face, sets off his protective instincts. On top of dealing with his feelings for Taylor, the paparazzi are printing stories about Darius and his friends that they shouldn't know.
I really enjoyed the story as well as the mystery behind the tabloid stories. Can't wait to read the next one!
5 stars!
