EVERYTHING FOR HER marks my first time reading Alexa Riley. I definitely see why people love them. I enjoy the story and I'm looking forward to reading more from them.

This book! All romance and obsession. It's a good one though, I had to pause then and there before I continue reading again

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book. Unfortunately, this story wasn't for me and I wasn't able to finish. I look forward to future titles.

I admit that I am losing my mind a bit but I would've sworn that I already posted this earlier in the year.  Yeah ummmm nope I didn't so here I am getting ready to post this the day before I post my review for book 2.  I swear I cannot wait until next February when I will be done with school and can get back to doing more reading and blogging.

This book was interesting to me as if I had a man do one iota of what Oz does I would be creeped out and run as fast as possible in the other direction.  In this book we meet a man who has been busy plotting revenge on his scumbag of a father when he comes across the one person who would end up mattering more than revenge ever would.  He's driven to protect her and give her all the perks he can while keeping her away from him until she's ready and he's ready to finally make her his.  He moves faster than he expected because he just can't help himself but as you get to know him you see what drives him to be so obsessive.  He absolutely is not good at expressing his true feelings so this is a barrier when it comes to Mallory and Paige but Mallory gets him to be more open as she works on making him wake up to what is truly important.

Mallory annoyed me a bit with how naive and sheltered she was but I got it.  I really did understand where it came from and liked when we saw the spine that she kept buried during a decent chunk of the book.  She's definitely a sweet person but she isn't the wallflower or pushover others have seen in her.  I liked how she just wanted to prove herself and what she was capable of without others paving her way.  I also appreciated how she was hurt by the realization that the internship was not due to merit but due to Oz wanting her to be near him so he could pursue her.  She isn't willing to just be the pampered princess but really wants to be a valued member of a team who pulls her own weight.  As she processes the secrets that Oz and Paige have kept from her we see a woman emerge who is more aware of what she wants, who she is and what she needs to do.  I liked her and really enjoyed seeing her again as Paige finds her way.

Everything for Her was my very first novel that I read by Alexa Riley, and I have to say I LOVED IT! I loved Oz and his alpha-maleness, I loved Mallory and her competitiveness/stubbornness, I loved the insta-love, I loved the way the story and their chemistry flowed as the story went on, I just loved everything about the book, it left me wanting my own alpha-male billionaire.
I am usually not a fan of insta-love and too much romance, but with Everything for Her, I made the exception. It was the perfect blend of romance, humor, and a sweet story. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series, because this series I will thoroughly enjoy at the beach, while sipping a cup of red wine enjoying the breeze.

Love at first sight.... But Billionaire Miles Osborne has to wait until she could be his.
Mallory lands coveted internship at Osborne Corp and decided to celebrate her first week with her best friend/roomie at the night club and meets Miles a.k.a. OZ. She couldn’t believe her luck in finding a perfect boyfriend but when she finds out who he is nothing seems what it seems.
Mallory was smart and driven but when she finds out who OZ really is and what he has done for her, she is confused more than ever and she finds out everybody knew who she was except her.

Story moved quickly and I loved all the characters. Oz seems obsessive and controlling but he never wavered his love for Mallory and his devotion won me over. I can’t wait to get into her best friend Paige’s story.. I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. Great romance book.

Miles & Malory have such an amazing chemistry in this book! This book is a scorcher! Be ready to strip down to your knickers & go for a crazy ride!
Loved that is set in my hometown of NYC and as I was reading I could clearly picture it all coming to life off the pages.
Go get this book and be ready to want to find your own Oz in the city that never sleeps!

I love books by Alexa Riley, and I was really excited to see a full length book by them, but unfortunately it just didn't live up to their previous stories.I loved the premise, and that Miles was so invested in Mallory, and while that sort of thing doesn't usually bother me, it was so stalkerish that it put me off a little while reading. Hopefully the next book will be better!

I'll be honest here. If I had met Oz in real life I would have run for the hills. I don't doubt that he was in love with Mallory the day he met her, but it was so weird and stalker-ish. Oz was obsessing after Mallory for the last five years and he finally got the chance to meet her again and make her fall for him. In fact, he made sure to map out her life in order to make her that their meeting would happen. Around 40% of the story I realized how much he was actually manipulating her and he just creeped me out. Mallory might have graduated from college, but she doesn't seem to make the very obvious connection between the man she falls for and the name of the company. Good job Mallory. I am expecting less craziness from a full-length novel, but this duo managed to take the craziness and all the other elements people love reading in the novellas written by them and transfer them to a book almost three times longer. I wasn't prepared for the craziness of this story, but I enjoyed it on some level, hence the three-star rating instead of something lower.

Over the top alpha. Lots of hot sex. Exactly what I needed in the midst of some very intense and dark books. Everything for Her offers some fantastic passion, and a super hot alpha. And I did love the story. It was the perfect blend of sex and engaging content and set up the secondary characters perfectly.

Well this is the first book I've read by Alexa. I devoured it in one night. Stay up and worked the next day. I adored this book. It really showed how much a man will do whatever it takes to get the woman he wants.

huge Alexa Riley Fan and have been looking forward to their full length endeavor. Had many of the their successful elements... but also dragged a bit. I am sure their next full length will be part of the success model too.

I’m a huge fan of Alexa Riley and was happy to see a full length novel however I’m sad to say that this didn’t work for me. The beginning of the novel seemed like I was reading a retelling of FSOG .

Call me crazy but normally, I don’t mind the over the top Alpha personality and stalker tendencies but I found this too much. As with most Alexa Riley books it takes one look and they fall head over heals with each other. I thought Miles was kind of creepy in the beginning. He watched over Mallory for 5 years, guiding her in her educational choices and professional development as well.

Mallory was oblivious to him from jump street. She paid him no attention when she first meet him in her youth and he failed to make a lasting impression on her. After she meets Miles again in her early twenties, the instant love and lust between this couple blossoms. This seemed short lived to me as once they began involved with each other, his plan for her unraveled. There wasn’t much left to the book after this couple got together.

The remainder of the book(more then half) was how Miles was going to win Mallory back at any cost. He was a little much for me to tolerate.

Although I wasn’t a fan of this book, this writing duo is is one of my guilty pleasures.

LOVED it! I love Alexa Riley's books and this one being a full length just meant there was MORE to love!

This book was not my cup of tea, and I failed to see much romance between Mallory and Oz despite the sexual nature of the plot. I thought their connection was forced and one-sided on Oz’s part, becoming more about his obsession than any kind of healthy relationship. Although not to my personal taste, I can see that there might be a certain appeal if you like novels about strong, charismatic businessmen who will stop at nothing to get what they want.

I am choosing to not review this book on my blog/amazon, etc because I would not be leaving a favorable review.

I thought the book was well-written, but I think the way Miles and Mallory were portrayed just didn't sit right with me. My biggest issue was that Miles seemed like a bit of a stalker, in regards to sending her lunch, knowing what coffee she liked after she barely even knew him. Mallory, on the other hand, was really likable to me. But where it fell flat was that she was the extremely intelligent character, and yet she isn't noticing the oddities about Miles and their "relationship". I would have overlooked this but so many mentions are made of Mallory and her scholarship and her intelligence. As a reader, you know at some point, she'll find out who Miles is and that just felt like almost a really nasty blow to her character.

I liked the general idea of this book but some of it was just a little bit cringe-worthy for me and I have been trying to force myself to finish it, but I just don't want to because I feel like I'm going to watch Mallory be made a fool of.

The Start of the series and a great way to wet your appetite for future books, the supporting cast are excellent and I personally can not wait to find out more.

Don't get me wrong it sounds like I don't like it, I do it's just not my favourite, we are so used to strong Alpha types fro Alexa Riley that He's kinda sweet and romantic a little too much.

But tho book is still full of the hot and steaminess we come to love what a fabulous full length novel.

3.5 Stars

DNF at 64%

Oh god, where do I start? I think I've been skimming it from point 30%? It's a miracle that I managed to last as long as I had, honestly.

Okay, let me start with saying that I'm a fan of Alexa Riley's other smutty novels; her Forced Submission stories are my guilty pleasure. I've read enough of her work to know how she usually write her characters, but man, this one just...*winces*...didn't work for me.

For starters, it's already clear from the blurb that the hero's been stalking the heroine for years, manipulating strings for her to end up with him. That alone is not okay, and I couldn't get past that big block to enjoy the story.

A few other things that I found ??? about:

1) Mallory is described to be this A+ student with an exclusive scholarship and now internship at Osbourne Co, and she did all the prep for it...yet she didn't Google the company's mainboard? which is one of The Things to do when you're going for interviews and stuff.

Especially since Miles has been described as your typical eligible bachelor cum successful CEO, which makes it even more impossible that

2) She started a relationship with a Mysterious Guy she met at a club who's called Oz, who's really Miles (duh) and EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT IT'S HIM BUT HER?? For a smart girl she's quite naive.

The only bit I liked about this is how she threw a fit and cut him off after she found out about his true identity and his scheme throughout the years, but she ruined it by taking him back after he groveled (which included expensive deliveries and sweet notes...I mean come ON, girl) and then I just stopped reading because, nope.

I requested it because I was half-curious how Riley would spin this, but yikes I probably shouldn't have.
