Julienne was a recovering drug addict, haunted by her recent past, tortured by events that continued to stalk her. Hiding with new-found family, Morgan was something she didn’t expect. And wasn’t quite ready for (though not sure who would have been really). Morgan was a haunted man, escaping his own version of he**, only his was of a different realm, another plane of existence. Talk about complications….

If I didn’t connect with the characters like I hoped I would, the cliff-hanger that this wild ride of a novel ended with, has me wanting more. How do things turn out for this conflicted pair who suddenly have each other to live and fight for. I for one, want to find out.
