The book contains lot of statistical data, a lot of useful information in here. Learning about being awake and in the here and now -- and methods to achieve more "awake" time are really important, and I am finding that I need to take action.

Not the best book on building resiliency. The author's tone felt condescending and, while I think there are some good points made in the book, the delivery fell flat.

Actually a really straightforward read for this type of book. Explains the difference between Stress and Pressure and how getting the difference right in your head makes everything much easier to deal with. I personally find myself much more responsive to pressurised situations rather than stressful ones!
